Chelsea

Chelsea Football Club (also known as the Blues), founded in 1905, is a Premier League football team that plays at the Stamford Bridge football ground in south-west London. Chelsea are currently the champions of the FA Premier League.

Despite its name, the club is based just outside the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. It is on the Fulham Road, which runs between Fulham and Chelsea.

Over recent years Chelsea have become the dominant force in English football, taking away Manchester Uniteds crown. Any game featuring Chelsea v Man Utd is now regarded as one of the biggest games is football. Over recent years Chelsea have also started a bitter rivalry with Liverpool, games between the Liverpool and Chelsea teams have always had ane edge and tend to be very close affairs.

Manchester United have pipped Chelsea to the title this year but the 2 teams play again in Moscow for the Champions League trophy. The Manchester United v Chelsea Champions League final game on Wednesday the 21st of May 2008 will go down in history!
