What we say - This is the perfect television to hook your PC up to for watching live streaming football. The picture is extremely clear, depending on your streaming sofware, at round 5 feet away you really could be watching a "normal" television signal. Connection from your PC is very easy thanks to the units VGA socket, you can just plug your standard monitor cable into the back, if your cable isn't long enough you'll find a cheap high quality 5m cable on this page. At only a touch over £400 this is a true bargain and could be seen as an essential buy for those serious about watching streaming media. 23" is the perfect size for watching this media and as far as we're concerned this is the perfect 23" LCD television.

What we say - There is one feature that makes this TV stand out from the competition, and caused us to argue for hours over which was the best 23" LCD. What we absolutely loved about this small LCD is the picture-in picture capability. Plug your PC into the VGA port and your Sky box into one of the others and you can have your Saturday afternoon games streaming live as well as watching Soccer Saturday all at the same time! Crack open a few beers and you and your friends and have got the next best thing to actually going to see a live game. On the down side we found that the picture clarity wasn't quite as good as the Philips, saying that it is still excellent. If you could find one of these for the same price as the Philips I think this would be our top choice, as it stands it is still an excellect 23 inch LCD tv.
